
My name is Alex Quaglieri, and I’ve been a musician since I was young enough to hold a set of drumsticks.
I’m inspired by the connection between the visual and the sonic elements of art. My travels, life experiences, and musical influences are the driving force behind every session in the studio.
Constructing Infinity is a lifelong project. I don’t put too much pressure on output because it’s truly something that’s always there as a creative outlet.
With the early years drawing from the DNA of my first band, Water’s Edge, the sound has evolved with what inspires me. This led up to the release of the first full length album in 2022.
With the release of the singles in 2023 and onward starting with “Inner Weather”, a new era of the project’s evolution has emerged. “Inner Weather” and “The Memory Door, mixed and mastered by Nick Sampson (Born of Osiris, Polyphia, I Am Abomination) marked a turning point for the philosophy and sound of the project.
This all led up to the release of the most recent single, Redeye, a co-write with good friend Julian Rodriguez (Elitist). This collaboration is symbolic of the future of the project, leaning into community and connection to open up new doors and sounds.
